By connecting a TikTok account to the Transformate Academy TikTok Integration (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not connect your account.
01Acceptance and scope
The Service is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("Transformate Academy", "we", "us"). It is an internal analytics tool that lets authorized TikTok account owners connect their account through TikTok Login Kit so we can read public profile information and performance statistics, store a daily snapshot, and display them in internal reports and dashboards.
The Service does not post, edit, delete or interact with content on TikTok. It only reads the data listed in Section 2.
02Connecting your TikTok account
You connect your account by signing in with TikTok and approving the requested permissions. We request only:

You must be the owner of the TikTok account, or be authorized by the owner, to connect it. You are responsible for keeping access to your TikTok account secure.
You can revoke access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy > Security > Manage app permissions, or by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. After revocation we stop collecting new data.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to connect accounts you are not authorized to manage, to break any law, or to violate the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms. Your use of TikTok itself remains governed by TikTok's own terms.
04Data and privacy
How we collect, use, store and delete your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.
05Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It depends on the TikTok API, which TikTok may change, limit or discontinue. We do not guarantee that the Service or its statistics will be uninterrupted, complete or error-free.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transformate Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
07Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access (Section 2). We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if TikTok withdraws API access. On termination we delete your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.
08Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify connected users by email or in the Service.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
